Status: The Parent Handbook 2025–26 is the real handbook text, browsable above. The Registration Form and School Calendar are sample layouts, and the Tuition page reflects the real handbook fees plus the live-site rates. Send any official PDFs and I can link those too.

Frequently asked questions

What ages do you serve?
TLC serves children ages 3 through 12 β€” preschool for 3, 4 & 5 year-olds, and school-age care for children 6–12.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm. Preschool options include an abbreviated half day (9:00–11:30am), a half day (7:00am–12:30pm), and a full day (7:00am–5:00pm).
Does my child have to be Catholic to attend?
No. Children enrolled at TLC need not be Catholic to attend. We celebrate the traditional holidays of the Catholic faith while respecting and recognizing the observances of all backgrounds at our center.
Are meals and snacks provided?
Yes β€” morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack for preschoolers (lunch is included in half-day and full-day tuition), and an afternoon snack for school-age children. Children bring a lunch on Vacation and Snow Day Care days.
How much is the registration fee?
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $85 is due before your child's first day of attendance.
Who is allowed to pick up my child?
Only people listed on your Release Authorization form may pick up your child, and they should be prepared to show photo ID. Every child must have at least one emergency contact who is not a parent or legal guardian.
What happens on snow days?
TLC follows the Union-Endicott School District closings. Snow Day Care is available 9:00am–5:00pm (limited availability) for registered families. TLC closes during a Broome County weather state of emergency.
How do I enroll?
Stop by for a registration packet (enrollment is first-come, first-served), complete the required forms, and pay the registration fee. See the Registration Form box above to preview the packet, or call (607) 748-5184.
